Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. On this page you will find details about how to return or exchange your purchases made online or in stores.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products (other than gift cards or seconds), subject to the following conditions :

  • Items must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase
  • You must provide your name and invoice number.
  • The returned items must be unopened in original packaging.
  • Not applicable for equipment that has been assembled.
  • Not applicable for pre-ordered equipment.
  • Not applicable if homegym.sg has helped to store the equipment for more than 20 days, in which we have incurred additional storage cost and loss of sale.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery and handling charges, merchant fee for card) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

NOTE:

In situation when the order qualify for free shipping, $12 - $40 (depend on size and weight) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example: Refund of a $200 Order which qualified for free shipping, with $15 deducted. 

  • Order Amount : $200
  • Shipping amount to be deducted : $15
  • Final Amount received by customer self-returning item to warehouse : $200 - $15 = $185
  • Final Amount received by customer requesting for collection of refunding items : $200 - (2 x $15) = $170

 

FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS/EXCHANGE

For exchange of faulty items, exchange must be made at our warehouse. Please contact us for an exchange appointment.

If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges (in the condition that we are not able to repair or replace it), or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
