In cases when self collection option is chosen, cash on collection is also accepted.

- Returns & Replacements
- Only products purchased with manufacturer's defect can be exchanged, we'll be glad to replace it with a defective-free product.
We will not be held responsible for any issues caused by misuse or mishandling of products by customers themselves.Product must be returned in original condition and packaging. The cost of return shipment back to us will be borne by the customer.

- Ordering
- You don't have to have an account with us to place order. There is a guest checkout option, however we encourage you to register with us as it's only a few steps more than guest checkout. Your address will be saved and future ordering process will be very fast for you. Automated one page checkout is used to make sure that it's a hassle free process when ordering with us.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- The total price as stated in the invoice is the final price of the order. In cases where we have agreed on a discount and it's not reflected in the invoice, we will edit the invoice manually and update the final price. If courier service is chosen as delivery options, we will change the price of it according to the rate.
- Viewing Orders
- For every order placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You can view your order by following the link in the email. Alternatively for registered customers, you can also login to your account to check on order details.
- Updating Account Information
- After becoming an “http://www.homegym.sg” subscriber you may correct/update your personal information by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, entering your ID, password and birth date when prompted and clicking the Edit Information button. The changes you make will be reflected in our databases instantly. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may contact our member services group through the 'My Account' section, or the 'Contact Us' section.
